Elysian Fields Transformational Community (EFTC) is committed to re-connecting Veterans with the community in a healthy, elevating, and tangible way through mental health, outreach and follow-up services.

We provide street outreach in hard to reach places where many Veterans find themselves living. We go out to many homeless encampments and provide them with sandwiches and other home cooked meals to provide relief for them. Once we locate them, we provide case management to place them in immediate housing and secure employment training where needed.
