Elysian Fields Transformational Community Receives 2018-2019 Grant Award from the Disabled Veterans National Foundation
Campbell, CA – December 04, 2018 – Elysian Fields Transformational Community is honored to announce it has received a second year of funding from the Disabled Veterans National Foundation (DVNF) for $25,000, to fund street outreach to hard-to-reach Veterans, comprehensive case management, and employment development services for improving Veterans’ successful transition. We are honored to be selected again for DVNF funding that and look forward to serving our cherished Veterans here in Santa Clara County and the Bay Area.
